SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Mirial team is committed to guaranteeing a quality service throughout the order acquisition and processing process. Orders can take up to 10/15 working days for delivery depending on the type of product requested. Each shipment is made by DHL courier with tracking. Mirial does not assume any delays due to company problems, or force majeure.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and will be calculated at checkout, they may vary depending on the shipping area concerned:

  • National Shipping 10 €, free for orders over 200 €
    Delivery times can be up to 2/3 working days

  • International Express from € 20 to € 80 
    Delivery times can be up to 10/15 working days

Shipments to the following DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) list countries do not include customs costs on delivery: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy,, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
For other countries, any duties and customs fees are charged to the buyer who will be contacted directly by the shipping company.

 

RETURN OF GOODS

Mirial items can be returned no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery. The return of the goods must be authorized, therefore, it is necessary to contact the Customer Service by email: info@mirial.it

The items must be returned in compliance with certain conformities that will be evaluated upon return of the goods:

  • Products must be intact and unused, with the labels and original packaging provided, including any protective footwear bags

  • When trying on a shoe, please do not damage the sole 

Returns are not available for footwear that has been made with customization requests. Mirial products are handcrafted and with 100% eco-sustainable materials. Any manufacturing defects not appreciated by the customer may be present, in this case contact Customer Service.

The return costs are charged to the user, we recommend the use of a courier that allows you to have a tracking code. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

 

REFUND OF PAYMENTS

Payments accepted are:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Maestro

  • American Express

  • Paypal

The refund will be made within 2 working days from the moment of return of the goods and after having carried out a quality control to verify their integrity. The customer could be contacted by the assistance for any information and, if authorized, the refund.
