Delivery of the goods:
The Mirial team is committed to guaranteeing a quality service throughout the order acquisition and processing process. Orders can take up to 10/15 working days for delivery depending on the type of product requested. Each shipment is made by DHL courier with tracking. Mirial does not assume any delays due to company problems, or force majeure.
Refunds:
Mirial items can be returned no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery. The return of the goods must be authorized, therefore, it is necessary to contact the Customer Service by email: info@mirial.it. Find out more here.
